Prices:

Prices are firm and final. They are expressed in U.S. dollars. All taxes are included in the summary of the order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on the website may be mispriced. Limitations on Quantity:

Treasure Box Surprise does not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same account, on orders placed by the same credit card, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We will notify you if such limits are applied.

Orders:

A guided search allows you to find a selection of items from Treasure Box Surprise collection on the website and then to make your choice from this selection in order to place your order. Your order is carried out in three steps:
1. The first step consists of approval – by you – of the articles chosen for your order.

To avoid two simultaneous orders for the same item,Treasure Box Surprise verifies, at the time of the approval of the order, the precise availability of the items chosen and sets them aside.

2. The second step consists of your entry of the necessary pieces of identification and other information required for the execution of the order, namely, in particular, the following items: name, complete delivery address, payment information and billing address

3. The third step consists of the final approval of the order.

Shipment:

Items may be delivered by UPS or USPS. Any delivery times provided on the website are estimates only. Exceeding these times shall in no event be held against Treasure Box Surprise or give rise to any cancellation of the contract or to any indemnity whatsoever for damages and interest. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Treasure Box Surprise to the shipper. Items are always shipped at the risk of the customer, who must check their good condition at delivery.
